Gym coaching services

  • Our personal trainers can help you with your training schedule
  • They can show you how to exercise correctly to avoid injury
  • If you want to change your eating habits, you can also ask our trainers for help
  • Every trainer has his/her time plan, when they are available for you in the gym (free of charge)

Cooperation with the Institute of Physical Education and Sport

  • Body-building as a course at CTU (every Monday 8:00-12:00 -> 4 groups, each one for 1 hour)
  • Courses are for free

Magazines rental in the gym

  • "social experiment"
  • If you will still steal those magazines, we will stop to update them
  • Free rent
